Subscribers
As a subscriber to the Flatstats website we will need to collect basic information about you. The only information we require is your name and email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of subscriber administration so that we can allow you access to the subscriber features.

We will never collect sensitive information about you.

When ordering by credit card, debit card or PayPal account you will be redirected to the Netbanx secure credit card site or the PayPal payment site. We never know your credit or debit card details. Your credit or debit card details are never stored on the Flatstats site.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Newsletter and Message Board
If you choose to signup to our free newsletter you have the option of unsubscribing and being removed from our newslist by clicking on the link at the end of the newsletter, or by entering your email address and choosing unsubscribe here.

If you choose to subscribe to our message board we require your email address so that we can inform you when your account is created and for basic administration such as reseting your password if you have forgotten it.

Third Parties
We will never pass on any information to third parties.

Cookies
This site uses "cookies". Cookies are files which are sent by us to your computer which we can access when you visit our site in future. We do this so that we can remember your settings such as your username for the members area or message board. Web Server Log Files
We use our web server log files to check that members are not sharing passwords with other users. We also use our web server log files to analyse basic statistics such as which countries users of the site are from. The web server log files contain information about you at the date and time you accessed a resource on the site. The web server log files contain your IP address allocated at that time, your version of web browser, your type of operating system, and which webpage on the Flatstats site you viewed.
