Flatstats Daily Systems Sheet Help
Basics
The Flatstats Daily Systems Sheet scans the racecards each day and finds contenders for the Flatstats portfolio of horse racing systems. The sheet also displays powerstats, which are unique stats which can indicate if a horse is a good bet or a good lay. On this page you can also see some of the best value horses as indicated by the Flatstats ratings.
You can view the systems sheet for tomorrows racing from around 9pm the evening before racing. You can also view the systems sheet for the past seven days if available.
Please note that the information on this page is likely to change if there is a non runner, jockey change, or change in the going. The information is, therefore, only updated after a change in the racecards. Note too that the betting exchange prices are updated every hour over night, every 10 minutes during the morning, and every minute whilst racing is taking place.
System / Stats Info
Each row shows the race time, horse, Flatstats rating, current Betfair prices, and a description of the system.
Some of the systems have preconditions which should be met in order for the horse to be a true contender
e.g. Lucky Jim may be identified as a possible qualifier for the Favourite Colts system but as the race favourite is not known before the start of the race (before the SP is compilied) the sheet informs you to check that the horse is likely to be the favourite at race time.
On the right of each row the results for the system are displayed. This information includes the wins, runs, strike rate, A/E (value stat), and the ROI% (profit stat). The bottom row shows all the results for the system for the past 10 years whilst the top row shows the results for the system since it first went live. This information is useful for determining if a system has gone bad, or has maintained it's good results.
Betting Advice
This page is for information purposes only and shows how Flatstats can be used to identify contenders for various systems. Not all of the systems will be profitable, and some of the lower strike rate ones may have long losing streaks. It is always best to check the Flatstats rating of a system contender and that of the other runners in the race to try and determine if the system today has identified a value bet or not.
